Ugandan street food: Rolex (Chapati & Scrambled Eggs)

"A common Ugandan specialty is colloquially referred to as Rolex. Rolex is a play on words: "roll eggs". It consists of a flour and oil dough rolled out and grilled, called chapati. Scrambled eggs are then cooked on the hot cooking surface and rolled up in the chapati."
